With experience built through previous roles as Executive Director of Res Artis (2016 - 2025) and Arts Residencies Manager at Asialink (2010 - 2016), I am regularly invited to provide lectures, presentations and keynote addresses for diverse events.

I have extensive events management experience having led annual overseas conferences for Res Artis including Mind the Gap: Designing Arts Residencies for Everyone in London, 2023 in partnership with Acme and UCL. The conference prioritised practical working solutions to support underrepresented groups including neurodiverse artists and artist mothers and carers. In 2018 I led Under the Midnight Sun in Rovaniemi, Finnish Lapland which brought together First National arts and cultural leaders from across the globe during the height of the summer solstice in 24 hour daylight. Topics included First Peoples residencies and ethical tourism.
