Short Bio
I am a visionary leader with 15+ years of experience driving strategic growth and cultural and economic impact across the global creative industries. As former Executive Director of Res Artis and Arts Residencies Manager at Asialink, I have a proven track record in cross-cultural exchange, cultivating high-impact partnerships, building capacity and leading diverse teams.
My extensive networks and unique skill-set has created demand for independent consultancy work with clients such as Australian Tapestry Workshop, Regional Arts Victoria, Joshibi University of Art and Design in Japan, Taiwan Art Space Alliance, local councils and artists. I have held curatorial positions at Artbank and The Potter Museum of Art, enabling me to bring creative thinking and critical discourse to any role. I work across all artforms, the creative industries and international borders to bridge the arts with education, cultural tourism and innovation. I am a resilient and adaptable strategic leader who is passionate about the ability of the creative industries to embrace diverse communities and highlight shared issues that promote mutual understanding and enhance the cultural fabric of a region.
I am currently on the Advisory Board of TransCultural Exchange, an organisation that fosters a greater understanding of world cultures through large-scale global art projects, cultural exchanges and educational programming.
