It sounds silly but when designing an arts residency program or any creative project, many organisations make the mistake of not including artists and relevant communities from the very start. I will organise artist & community consultations, brainstorming workshops and work with your organisation to develop a project or business that takes into account diverse perspectives and responds to place, community and your unique offering.

In 2025 via Regional Arts Victoria I conducted an artist & community consultation for a new residency program forthcoming at Biyal-A-Armstrong Creek Library in regional Victoria between Geelong and Torquay.
